This has become Kepler's mantra after we have had a disagreement. It is accompanied by a quivering lower lip and a few tears.
It usually goes something like this.
K: Mama, come with me
S: In a minute
K: No. Now
S: In a minute, let me just finish this and I will come right away
K: You are not being nice
S: I will come. In a minute
K: You are making me sad
S: I said I will come
K: You are making me cry
S: You are making me cry
K: You are not being nice (tears, many many angry tears)
S: (exasperated) Stop crying right now
K: But you are not being nice
S: Stop crying right now and we will talk about it
--He stops crying
K: (lower lip quivering, tears running) Mama, you know, we should help each other
S: You're right. You can help me by just letting me finish this and then I can help you and...
Kepler's idea of help seems to be a one way street, as either back to the beginning we go OR I stop what I am doing and go "help" him.
PS I noticed that my weather girl is covered in fog. It is not foggy here. It is a glorious blue skied sunny day.
